Delivery Information

 

Here at HercuLeaf we know that our website is only a small part of our service and we work our hardest to ensure your goods arrive as quick as possible.

For UK orders we have a variety of shipping methods:-

Royal Mail First Class & Royal Mail Second Class

Orders to the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3pm will usually be processed that day and delivered in 2 to 4 working days depending on the delivery method selected. Orders placed on a Sunday are processed the following day. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK may take longer to arrive. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.

Orders to the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3pm will be processed that day and delivered the next working day if you have selected next working day service. Orders placed on a Sunday are processed the following day. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK may take longer to arrive. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.

Unfortunately although we do work some Bank Holidays excluding including New Years Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day, orders will not be posted on bank holidays as post offices are closed. Therefore orders placed will be sent the next working day.
